Aequitas in Management and Organization (AMO) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal dedicated to advancing critical scholarship in management and organization studies with a strong emphasis on equity, justice, and sustainability. The journal invites original research, theoretical contributions, and case studies that explore how management practices, organizational structures, and leadership can foster inclusive, ethical, and sustainable outcomes. AMO serves as a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to address pressing issues such as organizational justice, responsible leadership, and the transformation of institutions toward greater fairness and accountability.
